Logistics:
- Pick up: We will personally pick you up from the Mumbai airport giving you the comfort feel.
- Stay: We will provide you with service apartments in Mumbai during your visit which will be fully furnished and if required with a maid to take care of you. Let me reiterate, you don't have to do any hotel reservations prior to your visit. (Packages)
- Mobile: We will never be too far away. A Mobile with GSM connection, right in your hands, ensuring you can reach us, your family and friends any time.
- Car: A car with a chauffer at your door step through out your stay. You have come to us with hopes looking for care, we ensure every aspect of it. (Packages)
- Surrogate stay: The surrogate will be provided a special separate apartment to ensure she is mentally, physically and emotionally secure.
- Surrogate Health: Not only the medications, but we also ensure she gets good healthy food under our nursing supervision. We understand that this baby is very precious to you and our focus is to achieve the same by not only being careful but cautious too.
Documentation & Legal issues:
- You will need to send in your completed Intended Parent's details like autobiographical sketch, personal photographs, copies of your passport / birth certificate, photo ID, etc.
- Similar profile with photographs, copies of identification / birth certificate, and a verification will be done for the surrogate and the copies of the same will be retained by the hospital.
- A surrogacy agreement will be sent to you for your input. Because your baby will be born in Mumbai, India, much of the legal work will be completed here.
- A separate legal agreement will be signed between you (genetic couple) and the surrogate; you (genetic couple) and the treating doctor; surrogate and the treating doctor.
- Consulate: We advice you to get in touch with your consulate clarifying all your queries regarding the documentation of baby's immigration process. We will assist you in providing documents required from our end.
Financial:
- Booking: Once you decide to freeze the surrogate, you need to make the first payment towards surrogate preparation and program deposit. (packages)
- Advertisement: The charges for advertisement for the surrogate in the local newspaper is included in your first deposit.
- IVF / ICSI: In gestational surrogacy, the fees for IVF / ICSI is to be done prior to the procedure being performed.
- Conception: On confirmation of the pregnancy, you are required to pay the second installment towards the antenatal care.
- Trimesters: The remaining two payments are made at the onset of the second and third trimester respectively.
- Delivery Charges: You do not have to make any extra payments towards delivery. They are included in the package.
- Other Charges: In case of threatened abortion, pre term labour, or an condition requiring admission, extra investigations, etc. the charges are to be borne by you.
- Parentage testing: DNA ID Check is a service provided by us for all patients. If you intend to undergo the test, it will be charged extra.
- Other services: Services like, Cord blood storage, amniocentesis, IQ testing of the surrogate, special suite class for surrogate delivery, special nurse for baby care, special legal counselor, etc. will be charged over and above the package cost.
